Seoul Taco: The Gogi Bowl

gogi bowl

I had the pleasure of going to Seoul Taco for the first time in a long time. I chose to get the Gogi Bowl, and it was nothing short of amazing! The bowl encompasses rice, a fried egg, carrots, green onion, sesame oil, kimchi, and some type of spicy sauce. I also had them add spicy pork in addition.

I ate this bowl all the way through. I think I stopped to take a breath twice. The spicy sauces caused for me to sip my water from time to time, but I rarely broke stride. The blend of kimchi and the spicy sauce was really intriguing, and the rice and pork filled me up. The egg was just awesome, I kind of ate it separately, but it mixed in well with the overall chemistry of the meal. Seoul Taco does a wonderful job of presenting a unique Korean Cuisine to the St. Louis area.
