This weekend I visited Shell City in St. Louis. They specialize in crab and lobster plates. This right here was the crab platter. It had two half potatoes, two sausages, two pieces of corn, and set of crab legs.
I went to town on this. The crab boil was perfectly meshed together, and the all the sides complemented each other. It took me a while to break down the crab, but that comes from me being a little rusty.
I tasted a hint of spice, like a mild Cajun seasoning, but the garlic and parsley was booming. All and all I would suggest this place to anyone visiting St. Louis.
